One drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) is called Aurogra 100. It has sildenafil citrate, an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which helps to achieve and sustain an erection during sexual stimulation by boosting blood flow to the penis. Aurogra 100 mg is usually taken orally about 30 to 60 minutes prior to sexual activity, and it can be effective for up to 4 or 6 hours after that. Nasal congestion, flushing, and headaches are typical adverse effects.
